1. Nature of the Service
RotoCoop is a cooperative virtual mining platform. It is not an investment, securities or financial product. Users earn C-points through activity (PTC, offerwalls, shortlinks) and may use them to activate virtual mining contracts.

2. C-points
C-points (Coin Points) have a reference value of 1 C-point = 0.0001 USD. They are not cryptocurrency. Fees apply only when purchasing mining contracts.

3. Free Advertising Benefit
Members who remain active and accumulate at least 10 C-points in a day may receive free advertising rotation for their referral link. This benefit is funded by contract fees and is a cooperative feature, not a guaranteed right.

4. No Deposit Required for Mining
Virtual mining does not require deposits from regular users. Deposits are only accepted from advertisers.

5. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. RotoCoop is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Why is there a fee on contracts?

Can I lose money?
You cannot lose deposited funds because regular users do not deposit. You only spend C-points you have already earned.
